Houston, Texas, US - I think... is that right?   I don't know what a "winrar" is, nor "bms" nor "Itio 36S"...   I'm just an owner, rider - not a technician...  Is there a different forum I can access?

I'm hoping service will be available in the US before I need to replace my 2014 battery...  so far it's good - but just 20-25 miles per charge..  still useful for city.   If anyone has information about battery upgrades, adaptation of LEAF, Tesla battery etc - I'd love to know - but in non-acronym, plain language, please.   Thanks
