Thank you for the reply. I purchased this unit last year and haven't touch it. It was originally purchased here in the States for police vehicles for the then President Obama's inaugural parade. It only has 60 miles on it.

I'm not sure if all these units are equipped with wifi and blue tooth, but this one is.

The problem is I cannot get it to take a charge by the factory plug. 

Any idea where I can get more information on getting it to charge?

Can any one tell me about the battery system I have on this model?
