Calibrate read of battery voltage

I have a Vectrix VX-1 with firmware NiMH
MC FW ver:REV 1017
ICM FW ver:DIY 1208
But I have LG Li-Va-NMC battery in 32S 2P, with a standalone BMS.
Total capacity 14,2KWh
I planning to upgrade firmware to Li, and hardware, but first I need to study and understand all the Vectrix systems.

I have a error in reading the voltage battery to the Vectrix Display.
When real is 100,7V, display show 114V
Real 131,4V, display show 150V

Do you know how to calibrate the reading show in display?

It is a bit tricky when you change from NiMH to Li. First question - do you refer to the voltages during charging or while riding the bike (and using diag mode) ?

In addition if you could share the BC FW version as well.

Sorry I forgot to write that I have a charger 134V 10A for Lithium battery, not comunicate with CAN.
This type of cell have:
Discarge cut-off voltage 2,75V @ 1,5C
Charge cut-off voltage 4,2V @ 1,5C
I refer the voltage I can see on Vectrix display in kill mode and press left brake (and Diag software).

Got it. First of all this setup is far from being optimal since the functional entities in the Vectrix (namely the MC, BC, BM/BMS, ICM and the display) heavily rely on the proper CAN communication.

In your case the BMS is not compatible and the original BC is not present (I guess). As a result the CAN communication falls back to a mode designed for a BC failure scenario with the MC trying to spoof the missing values.

Long story short you would not be able to fix this with your current setup in my view. I also doubt if an MC FW upgrade would fix this - in fact it could make things worse since the Li MC firmware would expect CAN messages from the BMS.

In first I need to found the update hardware, the BC and BMS, next install new hardware and update the software at the same time.

For now I want to konw if is possibile to calibrate the reading show in display?

Azxuro: I reply to you to at Knowledge Bases - Vectrix Diagnostic Application, can you give me a answer there. Thank you.

"For now I want to konw if is possibile to calibrate the reading show in display?" As mentioned you will not be able to fix this with your current setup in my view. The reason is the ICM simply interprets the values sent by the MC on the CAN. It is not an analog value you can adjust.

In the MC that I thinks read the voltage directly from battery connection, someone know if is possibile via software re-calibrate the reading value?
