any one ever repairthe 5 volt power supply on the ICM board.....??? help identify chips for me if you can

Hi,

Usually the ICMs are very reliable, personally I never had any problems with them. The 5V voltage regulator chip (U5) is Sharp 05DZ11.

Many thanks....hard to read p/n s through the conformal coating......chip on order....failed....no load 2.3 vdc output...
