Are parts still available from this site?

I placed an order a few days back, never got a response or a charge placed on my credit card. Sent two message through the "contact us" and nothing back.  Needed a lock cylinder set for a VX-2 sent to the US. Thanks for the help.

hello, I had a problem in july, with my BMS, and I asked questions to Anna. She anwered. I mean there was some human beings still running Vectrix in july. I've just sent a mail. Let's wait....I'll also try to contact resellers to get a BMS...
