Sorry for the delay - I do not know what charger it is - there is no activity after plugging into AC.
How do I determine which charger?

just look above front wheel where front fork goes, charger should be gold/or silver.
What is production year of VX1?
The charger is silver and it is an '07.
It is possible that some hardware of charger got damaged. Do you have acces to diagnostics?
