During the EQ charging I receive the code EC070 and the bike finish the EQ charging but the batteries are not equalised. What indicate the code EC070?

I have some questions about the EVPS BC:

EVPS BC with the error message "no Out", what is the reason for this error?

Can we repair this error when we change the EVPS charger control board?
