Hi everybody,

for my Bachelor thesis I am in dire need of proper documentation on the Vectrix VX-1 Li+. I am trying to get it back to life as its battery is missing as of now.

With my previous research I was only able to get the owner’s manual of the Li/Li+ versions but from my understanding it is by far not explicit enough on technical details like e.g. the wiring and connectors. I’m not limited to finding or building a suitable LiFe battery but in any case documentation would help tremendously. Especially a complete service manual as well as wire harness drawings (if possible even with pinout like the main wire harness on vectrixparts).

Does anyone know where the documentation is available? Or is anyone able to share it with me?

The display of my VX-1 show "CAPCur".

It seems that I have blown a fuse of the MotorControler.

I've seen in Vectrixparts that you have a " Parker MC Fuse Upgrade Service" to change the fuse sockets and use "regular car fuses".

This service means that you sell this hardware and I'll solder with tin or I must send the MC board to you to do this operation?

Hi. I have Vectrix VX-2 from 2011 with Gel batteries and I want to convert it to LiFepo 48V 60Ah . 

I am aware I need to use another charger and Bms but do I need to do any programming of software in scooter 

or can I just swap batteries?

I have to replace the encoder disk.

Unfortunately there is no way to get the ST1205 Tool.

How can i put the encoder disk to the right place without that tool?

Or can someone else provide me one?

Hello yesterday we had strange behavior on one VX-1 Li-ion scooter.

(1) Rider twisted grip to acceleration side -> Vehicle accelerated (normal behavior)
  -> Rider twisted back grip to regen side -> Vehicle once decelerated (normal behavior) but soon after accelerated (abnormal behavior)
      -> Rider killed power supply by key-off -> Vehicle stopped
(2) After (1), We cannot supply power to vehicle by key-on.
(There is not any reaction on Instrument Panel.)

could you help me to understand what happened and How to solve it?

The brake master cylinder is leaking I am able to find a service repair Kit, Wemoto supply one but it is the wrong size i.e 11.9mm diameter the Vectrix is 23mm https://www.wemoto.com/parts/picture/is-brembo11-9 does anyone knowdoes anyone know whether Vectrix supply this? I have sent an email but have had no reply.

I have a 2012 Vectrix. Everything comes on but bike wheels will not turn. This is my first vectrix. I got it from a auction. I dont know if I am doing something wrong. I have searched all over the internet and dont know what to do. any help is appreciated please help.

The 3.3 kW PFC Battery Charger doesn't come with installation instruction unfortunately .

The the connectors between power plug and charger seem to fit , i assume the pinout is correct , please correct me if i am wrong .

There  are to thick cables red and black witch i assume i have to connect to the battery terminal , is it so?

There is also a 4 pin connector labeled 

red - 12V+

brog - CANH

grey - CANL

black - 12V-

where do i have to connect it?

what do i do with the purple connector, marked ICM and battery charger ?
