Vectrix Electric Scooters
Termination code on Leaf batt pack
Hi to all,
starting from few week ago my Vx1 (converted with Leaf Battery pack) show EC50 at the end of recharge. This code is related to V>3,85 (overvoltage protection) for LiFePO4 battery... but for LiPo cell (with Nissan Leaf Batt firmware) what does it mean?
Many thanks
VX-2 - 12VDC power outlet availability
Hi,
is the 12VDC power outlet available at vx-2 scooter? If yes - what is the maximum load (power/amperage) allowed at this outlet?
Thank yuo
Hi.
There is no standard 12V socket on VX-2.
What power do you need to use - it's possible to derivate 12V from Sevcon
Possible VX1 Lithium Chargers
Hallo.
Is it possible to use one 1.5kW Runke charger together with one 3.3kW PFC charger (to charge with 4.8kW)?
Is it possible to mount one PFC charger and maybe later a second PFC charger to get 6.6kW charging power.
are these error codes (VX-1 NiMH)?
Hi
I see the following characters/codes where i need to see the trip (itstart with trip-a and then go to the following codes in order):
Ahd009
AhC000
Ct023
rAt017
do you have any idea about this? I do not know what are these codes
Low Power after replacing ESD Charger with Runke Charger
Hi all,
I just replaced my ESD Charger with a Runke charger, because the old one died.
Some of you may be aware that I had some strange behaviour with droping power after riding about 15km. That was solved with a newer Firmware of the ESD charger and the reprograming of the Motor Controler. Sadly though somehow the ESD charger survived the new MC only for about 2 days, than went off with flash! I still don't know what exactly died. I guess the output Voltage was still fine. I mean, I was able to ride with full power.
Just when I connected it to the powerplug, the fuse for that powerplug in my house went out. Anyway I was told to replace the charger with a Runke gold, because they fit better to my 40S-LiFePo4 Bike. But now I'm not even able to drive... max speed I got this morning was about 30km/h then it started to stutter and the power droped dramatically until it just stood still. when I turned the ger to full-throttle It just stuttered but did not really move. I had to push it back home. Fortunately it was just a few meters.
So, what I have I done wrong when I replaced the charger? I thought the charger comes with the correct Firmware for my bike, if I oder it at the vectrix-part shop. But I have the feeling this is not true.
I really hope I can solve this problem as soon as possible. I'd like to enjoy some of the summerdays on my bike.
Brake pressure
Dear Vextrix team,
I tried to change the brake fluid for the rear brake . Unfortunalty air came into the circuit. So right now I'm not able to build up pressure again ( using vacuum pump, refill from botton up etc... )
Are there any other tricks / tipps I can use ?
Thanks
Stephan
Video of removing Vectrix body panels to access the battery and motor controller?
Does anyone know where I can find a Video of removing Vectrix body panels to access the battery and motor controller? I have a copy of the shop manual but would like to see how it is done. Youtube or Vimeo link? Thanks! dauntless@gmail.com
Motor Controler and BMS not responsive
Hi Everybody,
Some weeks ago I did a huge mistake by uploading the wrong firmware to my charger.
Somehow and thanks to some guys here and on visforvoltage I was able to fix this. Then I did the next miserable mistake. (Lesson not learned, you may say) I decided to update the firmwares of all the components in my bike, everything went more or less smoothly. Until it came to the motor controler. For what ever reason, the update broke. Since then the MC is unresponsive and even the BMS is offline.
I guess I broke the bootfile on the MC. What would you recomend to fix this? is it easy to low-Level Reprogram the MC or would you even recomend to replace it. If itis to replace which MC should I use? the one with the newer Revision or the one with the older Revision?
Batteriepack: LiFePo4 42Ah
Charger: ESD Silver 1500W
max Speed: 110Km/h
Thanks for your suggestions.
regards
Simon
