Both are ok for conversion, but with 2011 (golden charger) - less work.

You just need to buy:

  BMS

and

Leaf boxes (it includes top boards and connection bars)

And you can do the conversion within 2-3 hours

Take the EVPS/Runke. ESD charger can be programmed to work with lithium setup but doesn't handle well low current at the end of charging,

To reprogramm the controller crashed during firmware upgrade you need to have low lever programmer - JTAG JET 2000.

If you can't find any near you to borrow - you can send us the controller board for reprogramming.
